At Next Step Rehab, we understand the importance of maintaining independence, believing the best way to do so is through prevention! 

That's why we provide home-based services to those receiving My Aged Care services, including:

• Home Care Packages (Transitioning to Support at Home from July 1 2025)
• Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

• Lower limb oedema management 
• Assistive technology
